Digital Economy Act to be judicially reviewed for compliance with EU privacy law

Internet Service Providers Talk Talk and Virgin were today granted permission by the High Court for a judicial review of whether the Digital Economy Act 2010 complies with existing EU legislation on data protection and privacy.
